Here at the Rich County Library our goal is to give our community a safe place to gather and to provide materials and programs that will enrich the lives of our patrons.

Library cards and use of materials are free to residents of Rich County and available at the library.

Our collection includes books, reference materials, and DVDs for all ages in a range of genres and subjects.

We also have computers, internet, and printing available for residents. Computer and internet use are free, and printing is $.05 per sheet.

Our current children’s programs include:

Pickup Packets for Preschoolers: These packets are based around a children’s book and provide young children with fun crafts and activities that allow them to engage with stories. These packets are meant to be done at home with the family and are available to pick up at the library on Monday mornings. To receive a packet for your child(ren), please sign up in advance in our library Facebook group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/1063837473995752/.

After School Club: We provide a safe environment with crafts and activities for any student grades K-8th. After School Club is the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month from 3:30pm to 5pm throughout the school year.

Coming Soon:

Summer Story Time: Starting in June 2022 we will have Story Time at the library on Wednesdays at 10am. We welcome children and their parents for a live reading and short craft.

We are taking the necessary precautions to clean and sanitize books and supplies for our patrons.

We look forward to meeting new friends and seeing our regulars!

Suggestions? We want our library to be a resource to as many people in the county as possible. If you have suggestions for materials, programs, or activities that you would like to see available through the library, please feel free to contact us via email, phone, our Facebook group, or at the library.
