Rich County Marriage Licenses

Marriage License Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• 17 & 16 years must have Parent or Guardian consent.
• 15 and younger must have parent or guardian consent and Judges order.  
• Both bride and groom must come in with valid Drivers License or state issued ID.
• Parents must also have Drivers License or state issued ID.
• Price is $40.00 

We do not issue marriage licenses after 4:30 pm.
